At Whittle Feed & Seed Store, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for all USA customers. Every order is carefully processed, inspected, and dispatched with care to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across the contiguous United States only. All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted courier partners to ensure safe handling of agricultural, feed, and seed products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
We keep our shipping rates simple and affordable:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00
- Flat Rate Shipping of $4.99 for orders under $50.00
- No hidden handling or processing fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay
3. Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our fulfillment network.
- Processing Time: 0–1 business day
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Orders are prepared and processed during business hours only.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing:
- Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (CST)
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST are processed the same day
- Orders placed after cut-off time, on weekends, or on US public holidays are processed on the next working day
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or courier delays outside our control.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Courier details
- Live tracking link
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate. You can also track your order at 17track.net using your tracking number.
7. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
- Incorrect address entries may result in delays or return-to-sender shipments
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply
- We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery at:
