Payment Currency
All transactions on whittlefeedseed.shop are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Payment Security
All payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted connection. We are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store your full card details on our servers.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please retain this for your records.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Billing Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information provided at checkout is accurate and up to date. Incorrect billing information may result in order delays or cancellations.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank. You may retry with a different payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.
Fraud Prevention
We monitor transactions for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
